Christmas is near and although some may consider it “over-kill” – if you listen to the radio for longer than five minutes at a time, chances are you are likely to hear a Christmas carol. I for one love them all and never tire of their melody or their message.
In 1962 Noel Regney and Gloria Shayne wrote the lyrics and music to “Do You Hear What I Hear?” Bing Crosby recorded his own version a year later and made it one of America’s favorites. Every time I hear this song I picture the words vividly in my mind – “Said the night wind to the little lamb – “Do you see what I see?”
Question for you – what do you see? It’s important to answer that question because what you are focusing on has the power to guide your thoughts, words, and actions.
Merry Christmas, everyone. May it be one of your best, ever.
